Not getting any album downloads

    I am a new user (just got license) and am using lasted release of Synergy. My experience so far is that I can never get any album art downloads from Amazon. All I get is a question mark. It's a little hard to believe that an item such as The Beatles Abbey Road is not available online. So any thoughts why I am not getting Synergy to look up or find artwork? I do have internet access.

    Finally, it is worth checking that if you have a tool like Little Snitch running that it isn't blocking Synergy's attempts to reach Amazon.
