URxvt, VIM, and Command-T

I have nocompatible set in vimrc and arrow keys function fine in insert mode and normal mode, but when I initiate command-t and try to down arrow it inserts a new line above the cursor and insert a "B". Doesn't happen in xterm. How can I fix this?
