Feature request #70: REQUEST: Make "smallest" Floater option Menu bar sized

Description

Decreasing the height of the smallest Floater level a few pixels would let it fit in the Menu bar at the top of the screen, which is where I'd love to put it, out of the way. A marquee option like iTunes has would be niftier but even just the static floater text would be lovely.
