I thought I had a report for this already in the database but I can't find it right now so perhaps I don't.
Those messages are not generated by Synergy but by a couple of third-party add-ons that are trying to load themselves into Synergy (and all other running processes) but failing because Synergy has been updated to use Leopard's Garbage Collection facilities and they have not.
There's nothing that Synergy can do to suppress those messages, but they'll go away when the authors of those third-party products (SIMBL, LiveType) update them to use Garbage Collection.
So this isn't actually a bug but it's good to have it here in the database so that other people can find the information. The warnings themselves are materially harmless and nothing to worry about; their only effect is producing that "console noise" at launch time.
