Bug #574: Credit card purchase not working correctly

Description

I tried to purchase your product using my credit card. Every time I try to click on the continue button it acts like it is trying to take me to Pay Pal and hangs up. I have a pay pal account but there are no accounts tied to it. I would rather use my credit card. The cache for firefox may be what is taking me to that site. Either way, I can't buy your product because your web site won't let me.

    Thanks for open the ticket, Phil.

    If you want to purchase through PayPal then I think this is an issue that you'll have to take up with their tech support, because all I'm doing at this end is providing a link to their site and they do all the rest.

    If they can't provide you with a satisfactory response or for any other reason you don't want to pursue it with PayPal, then you can use the other offered payment processor, Kagi.

    You don't indicate which product you wanted to purchase a license for, but at least in the case of Synergy, Synergy Advance, and Hextrapolate, there are links for purchasing those products via Kagi:

    I hope that PayPal are able to help you with this issue, but as this one is not really in my hands I am going to mark this one as CLOSED.
