You're not the only person to report this issue but unfortunately nobody has provided any specific information on the issue. I've been running Synergy 24 hours per day here without any problems, so I can't reproduce the fault.
Have a look at what other people have been saying in the forums, and also my comments which indicate the kind of precise information which will need to be collected in order to troubleshoot the problem:
