Bug #458: Use "guillemets" instead of "double angle quotation marks" in the manpage

Description

Change references to "double angle quotation marks" in the man page to the proper name, "guillemets". Leave the original "double angle quotation marks" only in the first reference; for example: "(also known as double angle quotation marks)".
