Feature request #282: REQUEST: Draggable Floater

"I always have the Floater on, large, and solid to easily read and see the album art.

I find myself moving it from corner to corner to see which is least offensive, but confess I at times always need to move it.

Seems like with all the other optional abilities you have on the Floater, one additional easy one might be to let the user move the Floater at will."

By default the floater is transparent to mouse clicks. To make the floater "draggable" I'll need to add an option to turn off the click-transparency. The other alternative is to make it transparent to clicks in normal use, but sensitive to clicks when the appropriate modifier key is held down (Command or Option); I think Command is probably the correct key because it's the one used by the system to send clicks to background apps without bringing them to the front.
