Thanks for the report and the crash log. I haven't seen this one myself and I can't reproduce it here, although I suspect its a case of timing; you have to open the preferences at exactly the right moment to trigger it.
Where you opening the preferences for the very first time (ie. while it was building a list of preference panes and the spinning progress indicator was in the window) or had you already had it open in that same session? What did you see on the screen at the time, if anything?
I will take a look at the code and see if I can isolate the cause. The log you've attached shows the crash occurring where the window is being added to the application's "Window" menu. At first glance I am not sure what I could do to prevent this from occurring as all I'm doing at that point is telling Cocoa to put the window onscreen... Nothing tricky.
If you see it again can you please let me know?

It seems to have only happened the very first time I was opening the preferences pane. Ever since I can't seem to get the issue to arise. I'll try again with each new version as you roll them out.
I sw the items within the preferences pane... the Show All was selected and the other icons were showing, but there was obviously a hiccup while opening, then the Prefs pane and entire Menubar tool exited.
