Description

Installing the plug-in is hard. See if I can add some heuristics in the ruby extconf.rb step that warn for potential issues (eg. compare output of :puts "#{RUBY_VERSION}-p#{RUBY_PATCHLEVEL}", vim --version, ruby --version etc).
