Description

At the moment we have some JS snippets that set up admin Ajax editing controls. Let's just make these declarative.

I no longer have to worry about caching admin-only content on these pages as they aren't cached; if I was worried about it, though, it would be easy enough to add an admin class to the body (via Ajax) to progressively enhance even cached pages.
