Bug #2090: need to suppress duplicate track changes

Description

When listening to some streaming services (like Line 365), the track information is sent about every ten seconds, causing the floater window to pop up the same information over and over.

I suggest you store the text of the last floater and if the new one would contain identical information, don't display it.
