Feature request #2057: Better feedback on form submissions (spinners on buttons)

Description

This especially applies to AJAX forms, but normal POSTs might benefit from it as well. At the moment you press a button and wait, and a second or two later something happens.

It would be nice if instead the button would immediately disable and show a spinner until the update occurs.
