Bug #2053: Unable to flush tags

Description

It appears that CommentTFlush nor <c-f> will cause the tags file to be reevaluated.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In a Terminal, cd to a project with a tags file
  2. mvim /a/file in a different project with a tags file
  3. :CommandTTags
  4. In the MacVim window that opens :cd to the project directory of the file you opened
  5. :CommandTTags shows all the tags from the initial directory and there appears to be no way to get it to forget that and read the tags from :pwd.
