Description

As far as I know, absolutely nothing compelling here, but I like to keep relatively current if I can (if nothing else, so as to be able to do a periodic bundle update without having to micro-manage the versions in the Gemfile).

Note that Factory Girl brings with it a number of deprecations and removals that make it a little unpleasant to update. I'm adding this ticket so as to not forget about this task.
