Feature request #2007: UI for mass comment deletion

I have the ability to delete individual comments, but occasionally I'll get a spam wave and deleting them in the UI is a pain.

Ideally there'd be a more compact layout (with optional disclosure) and some check boxes that I could use to delete swathes at a time.
