Description

Not to be confused with ticket #1437, what I'm talking about here is integrating the compiler with the static assets pipeline.

Ideally would like to start experimenting with using a (tiny) part of the Closure library (namely the provides/requires features) and turning on advanced compilation (static type checking at compile time).
