Bug #1884: random locks with high cpu usage

Description

Vim7.3 Command-t sometimes blocks Vim with high cpu usage, i did some tests and these are the facts i got

I have to disable one of these lines for the locks to stop: filetype plugin on or let g:CommandTMatchWindowReverse=1

They only happen on a medium size folder, over 200 files.
