Bug #1872: I get NoMethodError: undefined method `show_file_finder' for nil:NilClass

Description

Hi,

I'm running MacVim with Lion and I have pathogen installed. I followed these instructions https://wincent.dev/blog/command-t-1.0.1-released which seem to work fine, however when I do <leader>t I get this: 

Error detected while processing function <SNR>14_CommandTShowFileFinder:
line    2:
NoMethodError: undefined method `show_file_finder' for nil:NilClass

I don't know what is causing the bug. Thanks
