What are the contents of your
~/.vimrc
?Command-T itself shouldn't be able to stop the MacVim window from appearing, as it doesn't actually do anything until you explicitly call it up, for example with a command like
:CommandT
or a mapping like<Leader>t
.(In any case, if you miscompile it, which is the most common mistake people make, you should see an error message, not a total failure of the window to appear.)
