Bug #1737: crashes on vim 7.3, windows 7, upon hitting enter

Description

I installed ruby 1.9.1 as this was the version vim was compiled with. I used the same devkit version shown in the screencast. It works, but when i have chosen the file i need to open, it crashes instantly. It also crashes if I try to abort by hitting ctrl-c.

    Sorry, but I've had no experience with building Command-T on Windows 7.

    My experience is limited to XP, and there the only versions I could get working were Vim 7.2 and Ruby 1.8.7. The exact versions are listed in the documentation.
