Feature request #167: REQUEST: Delay floater when using AirTunes.

Description

When using airtunes over an airport express the floater appears earlier than the song because of the playback delay. I was wondering if you could make a delay option, or if you could delay the floater automatically when itunes is playing over airtunes. It's about 3 secs ahead of the song. (This is probably more of a suggestion for Synergy Advanced).

    Thanks for submitting the request, Megan. This is something I wouldn't have heard about otherwise as I don't have AirTunes (nor will I considering that I live in a one-room studio!).

    Can you let me know when the delay occurs? ie. starting a new track for the first time, resuming playback after pausing etc. In other words I need to come up with two lists of conditions: one under which the floater should appear instantly and another under which the delay should be applied.
