Feature request #1615: autotest ignores Bundler context

Description

So I have autotest in my Gemfile, and I run it using the Bundler-generated stub, bin/autotest, but it itself runs things from the system rather than the local bundle: 

 /System/Library/Frameworks/Ruby.framework/Versions/1.8/usr/bin/ruby -rrubygems /Library/Ruby/Gems/1.8/gems/rspec-core-2.0.0.beta.17/bin/rspec /Users/wincent/trabajo/unversioned/wincent.dev/src/spec/controllers/admin/forums_controller_spec.rb

Note also how it requires RubyGems before loading RSpec.
