Thanks for the report.
Haven't ever seen an issue like this myself, and the bug report doesn't contain enough information to actually reproduce the problem. (For example, version of Synergy, iTunes and Mac OS X in question, steps required to reproduce etc.)
As a first step I would try deleting your Synergy preferences file (
/Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/org.wincent.Synergy.plist
) and seeing if the problem goes away.Going to mark as closed for now. Feel free to post a comment if you can provide more information.
