Note that it's only on zenyatta.unixhosts.net that I need a recent version of OpenSSH (in order to get convenient chroot jails for SFTP users). Will most likely time this to coincide with ticket #1695 ("Migrate to Amazon Linux AMI"); it may be that the Amazon Linux AMI already has a version of OpenSSH recent enough to not worry about this, so will re-evaluate this ticket at that time.
mondatta.unixhosts.net can just go with whatever version of OpenSSH is latest in the yum repo.
Also note that 5.7/5.7p1 is now the latest version of OpenSSH. Will update the summary accordingly.
