Feature request #1457: Hold down option (or similar) to launch Synergy when opening preferences

Description

Instead of having to open the preferences and click the "Start" button, it would be nice if you could just hold down the option key (or similar) while launching the Synergy Preferences application, and have it launch Synergy automatically.

See ticket #1456 for the seed of this idea, which was about being able to launch Synergy more easily.

    Ok, this is now implemented in a topic branch. I'll be merging it in for the next feature release (version 4.3).
