Feature request #1409: Use increase- or decrease-hotkey to increase or decrease HALF star

Description

I use the hotkey-functionality of Synergy constantly to control iTunes, also to set the star rating of the songs. But I don't have a use for the "increase rate" or "decrease rate" hotkeys, because it's easier just to hit <ctrl-cmd-4> to give 4-stars to a song...

iTunes supports half-star rating but it's just not accessible (at least not easy without Apple script). And there are a number of songs that are too good to get 4 stars, but to bad to get 5... (Especially for me and a lot of Europeans with me, that are used to the 1-10 rating scale)

TIP: Make the "increase rate" or "decrease rate" hotkeys to increase or decrease the rate HALF of a star! In that way it will also be possible to upgrade or downgrade a song rate by one star, just by hitting the hotkey twice...

That'd be great!!
