Feature request #1264: Remove "spam" attribute from all models which have it

Description

For the reasons discussed in ticket #743, the "spam" attribute was probably a bad idea all along.

Remove it, and until Bayesian training is implemented, make "Spam" buttons really just do a "Destroy".
