I suspect this is a duplicate of either bug #39 or bug #52, although most likely the later. Please add any further comments to that report (unless of course you can provide details that demonstrate that what you're seeing is actually a separate issue).

'Menu Bar' doesn't work at all : neither left, neither right, neither middel clicking.

Can't reproduce this one myself, so the more information you can provide, the better. I still think this one sounds awfully similar to bug #52.
I am rewording the summary so that it better indicates the situation.
See this article for tips on collecting useful information for bug reports:

When the owner of bug nr 52 suggested that diasbling Menu Bar took place overnight, I thought that something like the nightly maintenance of the computer could cause the pain.
So, I disabled ' Macaroni'.
But even when Macaroni was set off, the Synergy Menu Bar refused to respond.
Now I know ...
When the computer is restarted, the Menu Bar gets broken ...
May be that can help you to dedect the real cause.
Anyhow, this happens, it seems to me, since the last version of Synergy.
Or maybe it is since 10.3.7.
That's hard to remember.
Best greetings ,
Marc

The bug hasn't disappeared since OS X 10.3.8.
So, still, when you restart the MAc, you have to restart Synergy.
Weird, but true.
