    I've now updated my local install (on Mac OS X Snow Leopard) to PCRE 7.9 (see "Installing PCRE 7.9 on Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard"), but I still have to update the in-tree copy for REnamer.

    Will update the summary accordingly.
