Resetting your activation limit
If you exceed your activation limit, contact me via email and I will reset your limit. Please provide your contact details, registration email address, and product name so that I can locate your license.
Once your limit has been reset you may then delete your old activation certificate and obtain a new one.
To delete your old activation certificate:
- Using the Finder, go to your home directory and open the Library folder
- Inside the Library folder, open the Preferences folder
- Drag the file com.wincent.Hextrapolate.activation.certificate.plist from the Preferences folder to the Trash.
The next time you launch Hextrapolate it will show a dialog offering to perform activation and obtain a new certificate for you.
